The Sovereign’s Alchemical Container
I work with people who are tired of negotiating with themselves. The ones who know what they should want but can’t feel what they actually want. The recovering people-pleasers, the spiritually curious, the ones who’ve outgrown their old container but don’t yet trust the new one.
This isn’t therapy. And it isn’t spiritual bypassing. It’s a grounded, relational space where we use whatever doorway gets us to the truth — IFS parts work, somatic awareness, nervous system tracking, and spiritual discernment. Sometimes that means sitting in silence. Sometimes it means naming the pattern you’ve been too ashamed to say out loud.
How it works: eight-session containers, weekly or fortnightly, in person at The Hare & Moon in Twickenham or online by video. We begin with a free 20-minute clarity call to see if the fit is right.
